The We Made It Blog site follows the same Terms and Conditions of the official Thinktank website. They are included below:
The terms and conditions set out in this document (the “Terms”) are the terms which apply to the use of the Website by you and any other user of the Website. By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE OR ACCESS THE WEBSITE.
We may change these Terms from time to time. The amended terms will apply to any continued use by you of the Website following such change. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we make, as they are binding on you every time you visit the Website. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms then you must immediately stop using the Website.
Contracts for the supply of goods, services or information formed through the Website or as a result of visits made by you are available from the following page.
Terms and conditions of entry to any promotions or competitions on the Website will appear with that competition or promotion and you should read those in conjunction with these Terms.

3 SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS TO THE WEBSITE

4 INFORMATION REQUEST AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

6.1 The Website is provided, on an “as is” and “as and when available” basis without any representation or endorsement. We disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on the content of the Website by any visitor or anyone informed of its contents.
6.2 Whilst we are committed to the highest standard and quality of information and every attempt has been made to present up to date, accurate and complete information on this Website, we cannot guarantee that it will at all times be fully accurate and complete and we are under no obligation to update or complete such materials.
6.3 We make every effort to ensure that the Website operates adequately and continuously, however we cannot guarantee that the Website or its content will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server which makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or are fully functional, accurate, or reliable. 7.3 There are a number of educational experiments posted on the Website. It is the parent’s or the guardian’s responsibility to ensure that such experiments are carried out by children under the supervision of a responsible adult and in compliance with the relevant experiment’s instructions. Except in cases where we are negligent or at fault, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage as a result of the carrying out of such experiments.
