The terms and conditions set out in this document (the “Terms”) are the terms which apply to the use of the Website by you and any other user of the Website. By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE OR ACCESS THE WEBSITE.
We may change these Terms from time to time. The amended terms will apply to any continued use by you of the Website following such change. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we make, as they are binding on you every time you visit the Website. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms then you must immediately stop using the Website.
Contracts for the supply of goods, services or information formed through the Website or as a result of visits made by you are available from the following page.

7.3 There are a number of educational experiments posted on the Website. It is the parent’s or the guardian’s responsibility to ensure that such experiments are carried out by children under the supervision of a responsible adult and in compliance with the relevant experiment’s instructions. Except in cases where we are negligent or at fault, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage as a result of the carrying out of such experiments.

9.1 Whilst effort has been taken to ensure that the Website is free from viruses, we cannot guarantee that it is free from viruses and you should check that you have adequate virus checking software.
